Appointos offers a free trial period of 30 days. The free trial grands full, at-no-charge, Premium Level access to our easy-to-handle appointments interface and mobile friendly design. Once you input simple information like your name, email ID and mobile number, you will be asked to enter your card details but you won’t be charged until 30 days.
Yes, even if you choose free trial, you have to choose a plan to access its features. You will be charged after 30 days for the plan you recently chose.
Its simple. Open Settings --> Billings and Plan --> Manage Plans --> Cancel subscription. Select a reason for cancelling and submit.
Yes. Member subscription will be auto renewed on monthly basis.
On the left layout Service Providers section, there is an "Add new" button. Upon clicking on it, you will be charged for how many ever Service Providers you wish to add to the account. Once the payment is done, fill in simple details of the Service Provider and select speciality. Staff will be added to your account and you can view them in the dashboard.
Import client helps to upload all your existing clients in to Appointos application. This will ease up the process of adding all the clients manually. To do this, goto Settings --> Import client --> Select a file(you can download the sample format) and simply click on upload. All your clients will be added into our database now.
Goto Settings --> Communicate --> You can either send to all your customers by checking "Send to all clients" or simply type the name of the customer and select them from dropdown in "Select a client" field. You can select the existing template or create your own by typing mail subject and body. Click on Send button.
